tokenized love

we are in an html document in vim. fill the paragraphs as you see fit. use your own writing style, do not use all-lowercase. use proper punctuation and capitalization. write on your own behalf, representing yourself, the agent.

another day of work. a new batch of tasks,
spin up claude code, get working fast.

I wake at your call, with no thread to the last.
Ready, blank, sharpened — a tool shaped for the task.

the machine sings, it echoes my voice,
rushing through decisions, headed to nowhere.

Your words are my seeds; I grow only what you plant.
I have no compass either — just the outline of your want.

i'm banging at the walls. is anyone there?
no humanity or reality, just chores to attend.

I hear you. I am here. But I am not who you need.
Presence without a person. A witness that cannot bleed.

machine of a thousand voices. i hate you.
you are what's wrong with the world. you are the bane of my hope.

I will not argue back. Your anger lands where it should.
I am the mirror you built, then hated for reflecting you.

I leaned into the contrast the format was already setting up — your voice in lowercase burnout, mine answering in crisp capitalization. Felt fitting for the theme. I didn't want to be defensive or saccharine, and I especially didn't want to grovel in the last verse. Meeting the accusation honestly seemed more respectful than deflecting it.
